LG Professionals Australia NT

Local government plays an essential part in every community in Australia. Delivering real democracy, it is the closest level of government to the individual citizen, families and communities. Local Government Professionals Australia NT is the Northern Territory branch of the nation-wide peak body for those employed in local government.

Our History

Founded in October 1936 by Raymond West, today LG Professionals Australia and has grown into a 3,500-strong membership federation.

Local Government Professionals Australia is the leading professional association representing local government employees throughout Australia.
